Orders & Shipping

We try our best to dispatch orders the very same day so our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. UK customers, please allow 2-3 days processing time.

This is possible if you contact us directly before placing the order.

We use Etsy as it is the UK’s biggest dedicated parcel delivery company delivering over 700 million parcels per year. We have been using it successfully, without delays and have chosen to continue using them.

After you place your order, you will receive 16 character parcel tracking code with information about your delivery.

Once order have been placed, cancellations are not possible. The refund policy will have to be initiated.

Loyal Customers

We send a 10% discount for all our new customers, which is for single use when joining our mailing list.

We also offer discount codes during certain yearly celebrations and promotions. Customers are advised to join the mailing list to stay updated.

Our local delivery day is Friday. This includes any of our fresh produce, flowers and rosé (if you select local delivery) Make sure to get your order in by Wednesday 9pm PT for it to be delivered that same week, otherwise it will be delivered the following Friday.

You are welcome to hold onto that discount code and use it towards your next purchase with us, but unfortunately discounts cannot be used on subscriptions or wine purchases, with the exception of rosé-specific promos. If your order contains a subscription item, you will not be able to use the discount code on the other items.
